We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
Our warranty policy is to replace the bad parts for free if it’s determined to be the flaw of products. We are in lighting business for 15 years and prioritize after-sale service.
