Requirements For PCBA Manufacturing

1. If you have your own Design Files

To provide you with the most efficient and accurate quote, please provide the following details:

  • Gerber file, PCB file, Eagle file, or CAD file (all acceptable)
  • A detailed Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Clear reference pictures of PCB or PCBA samples if available
  • Required quantity and delivery schedule
  • Test methods for PCBA to guarantee 100% functionality
  • Schematics file for PCB design (if function test is needed)
  • CAD files for enclosure manufacturing if required
  • Complete wiring and assembly drawings showing any special instructions

2. If you do not have Design Files

We can supply professional reverse engineering. If you send us your working prototype sample, we can perform comprehensive reverse engineering to extract and construct the correct Gerber and BOM files to start production.
