Q1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q2. Are your samples free or need cost?
It depends on the products. For low value products, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high value items, sample cost and freight are required, which can be refunded after a formal order is placed.
Q3. What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Q4. Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. If you need custom packaging or carton box designs, please inform us and we will quote according to your requirements. Otherwise, we use regular packing.
Q5. What about the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak seasons, it is within 25-30 days after deposit. In busy seasons, it is within 40-45 days. We aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?
The MOQ is 100pcs. Sample checking for 1pc is also available.
